How we work

The engagement, step by step

No black box. You see the plan before we hire anyone, and the numbers every week after we do.

The build

Five steps from kickoff to a working pipeline

  1. 01

    Discovery

Two weeks. We learn your product, buyers, pricing and current funnel, then agree the targets the team will be measured on.

  2. 02

    Playbook

We write the scripts, objection handling, qualification criteria and sequences, and set up the CRM and dialer stack.

  3. 03

    Team build

We select reps from our bench or recruit for your profile, then train them on your product until they pass a certification call.

  4. 04

    Launch

The team goes live with daily stand-ups and weekly pipeline reviews. First qualified meetings typically land in weeks four to six.

  5. 05

    Optimise & scale

Monthly reviews of conversion by stage, message testing and territory changes. Add reps when the unit economics work.

Reporting

You always know what the team did this week

Activity and pipeline data live in your CRM. These are the moments we sit down together.

Daily

Stand-up with the pod, activity logged in your CRM the same day.

Weekly

Pipeline review with your team: new meetings, stage movement, blockers, call recordings on request.

Monthly

Conversion by stage, cost per qualified meeting, message and territory changes proposed for the next month.

Quarterly

Business review — what to scale, what to stop, and whether headcount should change.

Commercials

Three ways to buy

We quote after the discovery call, once we know the market, the seniority needed and how many reps the pipeline can actually support.

Retainer per rep or pod

A fixed monthly fee covering the rep, their manager, tooling and reporting. Predictable, and the default for most engagements.

Retainer plus performance

A lower base with a component tied to qualified meetings or closed revenue, once we have enough data to set a fair target.

Project fee

For market entry studies and channel searches, where the deliverable is a plan or a signed distributor rather than a running team.

Questions

Before you get in touch

How is A2Z different from a recruitment agency?

A recruiter hands you a CV and invoices you. We stay accountable for the result: we manage the reps day to day, coach them, replace them if they underperform, and report on pipeline rather than headcount.

What does an engagement cost?

Most engagements run on a monthly retainer per rep or pod, sometimes with a performance component tied to qualified meetings or closed revenue. Pricing depends on market, seniority and language requirements — we quote after the discovery call.

What is the minimum commitment?

Three months for a pilot, because ramp and data take that long to be meaningful. After that, engagements are typically rolling with 30 days' notice.

Whose CRM and tools do we use?

Yours, wherever possible — the pipeline data should stay with you. If you do not have a stack yet, we can run on ours and hand over a clean export at any time.

Do the reps work exclusively on our account?

Yes for dedicated pods. We also offer shared coverage for smaller programmes, which is cheaper but slower to ramp; we will tell you which one fits your goals.

Which markets do you cover?

Our core is Southeast Asia, with delivery teams supporting European and North American time zones. If we cannot staff a market properly, we will say so rather than take the engagement.

Tell us what you need to sell, and where

A 30-minute discovery call is enough for us to say whether we can help, what a team would look like and roughly what it would cost. No deck required.
